I am excited to announce my BRAND NEW Winter Full Body Plan. This new plan consists of 7 weeks of workouts, for the same price as my 5 week programs. This plan is intended to help achieve muscle growth and fat loss while guiding you towards your dream summer body. Consistency and training in the "off season" has helped me keep the body I want year round. There is additional information to help with body positivity and positive mindset. I am so excited to have you join our amazing community!

What's included:

  • Contains a detailed document outlining the plan, along with videos showing how to properly perform each exercise. This plan is all digital and can be saved to iBooks. You also have the option to print it out.
  • 7 weeks of workouts, 5 days per week
  • Targets: Quad/Hamstring, Back/Bicep, Shoulders/Tricep, Glutes, Chest/Abs
  • Suzie's Helpful Tips, Stretching/Warm-ups, Cardio
