I just finished your 5 week full body summer plan yesterday and it was absolutely amazing. I've been going to the gym for 6 years, but I never knew how to isolate muscle groups and never knew what to do while lifting. Your plan was exactly what I needed. I have never felt this confident in my body before. I can't thank you enough for writing that plan and inspiring people to become better versions of themselves. I looked forward to going to the gym everyday because I knew the workout was going to be a good one. While I was nervous to do some of the exercises in a gym that was so crowded, I knew if you did them and all the girls that follow your plans do them, then I could do it too.
