Finishing up your summer body plan this week and WOW! I've always worked out, but the last year totally fell off track and could not find the motivation to get back in the gym consistently. I'd do cardio or weight every few weeks, but that's about it. Not enough of anything to ever make a difference. Not to mention, my eating was terrible. I finally decided to buy one of your plans and I'm soooo glad I did!!! It was just the motivation I needed to get back in the gym and it didn't take long for me to start feeling like myself again and strong and so motivated. Having a schedule keeps me accountable, and I love that! I'm excited to do a second round! So thank you!
