My fitness journey has been up and down over the last few years. I had my daughter in June 2015 and lost a ton of weight for my wedding in March 2017. I promised myself I wouldn't gain the 'comfortable weight' but then I did. I got lazy and started eating like crap in the fall of 2017 and gained 25 pounds!! that Christmas morning I promised myself I was going to get back on track. I started by using Suzie's glute&legs volume 2 and upper body together and immediately started summer body plan 2. To date I've lost 15 lbs!! I've gained my confidence back and am comfortable in my own skin again. Suzie's plans are fun and challenging! I love the workout split and that her guides are different every week.
