In high school, I never played any sports. Well, I tried many, and quit very soon after starting. SO, the point is, I was not this crazy athletic person my whole life.
I met my boyfriend in the summer of 2013. Before meeting him, I considered "working out" stepping in the gym and walking on the treadmill for 10 min. Micah was super into fitness and was a high school athlete. He had been lifting for most of his life. So when we met, the gym was a big part of his life. He would go every single day, and I would go with him and sit on the couch until he was done. He never pressured me to work out, and he loved the way I looked before.
But, one day I realized I could either keep sitting on these couches, or get up and change. So, ever since that day, I have been working out consistently. I spent a lot of time researching workouts, and Micah also showed me tips, and taught me the basics.
Fitness really changed my life, and I'm happy to help you all in your journey!
