The number one question I get asked is about my diet, and what I eat. This is a plan that outlines good foods to eat, super foods, foods to avoid as much as possible, what foods I like to eat, what I don't like, recipes, and examples of what I eat in a day. I always encourage you to do what works for you, but this may help you get some ideas of what I do, and maybe find changes you can make in your diet!
